ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with diverse populations throughout my career. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing distress in any or all domains of their life. I believe the most important aspect of counseling is to create a judge-free environment in order to foster a strong therapeutic alliance with the people I work with.
EXPERIENCE
I have worked in higher education, public school systems, in-home and hospitals and through those experiences I have found a passion working with adolescents and young adults. I have always been motivated to help people.. I have helped clients achieve a variety of goals such as wellness promotion, symptom reduction, increased self-awareness and professional/personal development. I work with clients as they navigate challenges and changes, helping them to gain the skills and insight they need to be the best version of themselves.
